Apart from these cuisines, cheese itself also plays a vital role in French daily life, we can always find cheese during apéro (snack before dinner). To dive into the French lifestyle you cannot do without the knowledge of cheese.
Cheddar, Mozzarella, Parmesan... are the most popular cheeses in Hong Kong. In fact, there are still hundred of thousands kinds of cheese that you may not know! Like Camembert, Comté, Emmental, cheeses commonly find in France that we may not be quite familiar with when we live in Hong Kong
And now, it's the chance for you to explore the origins, the making and the characteristics of different variety of cheeses. During this workshop, our speaker David Cordina will lead you on a journey to discover a wide range of cheeses while sharing with you his insights of certain selected products. And OF COURSE you will get to taste the most original French cheeses with a couple of glasses of wine.
