Staadt is an imaginary state
where two opposed political forces share the power. The people is therefore subject to two different propagandas: "buy", says one, "wait for
our revolution"says the other. But when the time comes to get rid of common enemies who refuse any ideology and try to make a statement out
of their individual liberty ("the right to live and to die"), the two powers unite. The whole movie takes place in a room where are reunited
the representative of the two powers and their enemy, the "Jew". A female character establishes the dialogue between these individuals et
comments on their respective ideologies.
