About Michel Lo
Michel Lo has been trained in cooking since 1992 at the hotel school in Belgium and discovered his passion for fruit and vegetable sculpture in 1995. He now presents his ancestral oriental art at various events.
As a culinary teacher since 2006, Michel has shared his expertise in Belgium, France, and now Hong Kong since 2024, offering cooking classes and working as a lecturer and consultant for F&B companies.
Michel is also a renowned culinary decorator, carving fruits, vegetables, and chocolate. He won a medal at the Expogast Villeroy & Boch
Luxembourg Culinary World Cup 2018 and serves as a jury chef taster at the iTi International Taste Institute in Brussels. He is a member of
Les Toques Françaises, L'Académie Culinaire de France, and Escoffier Hong Kong.
