Speakers

Daisy Cheung
Pastry cook from Racine Patisserie, Daisy graduated from École Ducasse and worked in different patisseries in France. After returning to Hong Kong, she started to create products that brings the real French taste with a canto twist.

David Cordina
Since 2017, David Cordina has been working with AFHK, serving as the editor-in-chief of the magazine Paroles. He has led numerous cultural discovery workshops focused on France’s arts, food culture, and gastronomy. In this workshop, he will introduce you to the Parisian region, the birthplace of la tarte bourdaloue.
