You will learn evrything about this traditional dessert, from the selection of the ingredients to the baking techniques and thanks to this hands-on session will have evrything you need to be able to replicate this recipe at home.

Pastry cook from Racine Patisserie, Daisy graduated from École Ducasse and worked in different patisseries in France. After returning to Hong Kong, she started to create pâtisseries that brings the real French taste with a canto twist.
