Monday to Friday: 12 pm - 8 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday and public holidays: closed
(Possible temporary closure during events.)
Apart from our extension collection of media, we also offer regular activities which combine language learning and cultural exposure.
Talks and seminars are hosted year-round as well.

Our Collections
- Over 8,000 books: albums and illustrated books for kids and teenagers, a major collection of comics for all ages, classic and contemporary literature for adults, works on the arts and humanities and a section solely dedicated to Hong Kong & China
- A full section of French learning resources: all media are classified according to CEFR into 4 levels (from A1 to B2+)
- Over 1,000 DVDs: films, TV series and animations
- Over 400 CDs
- Over 30 press subscriptions for youngsters and adults
Loan conditions
Alliance Française students with a valid membership enjoy free access to the Library. Others are welcome
to purchase a membership too to enjoy our service.
You may reserve items from the Online Catalogue, as well as choose to which centre you would like them to be sent.

Donations policy
The library welcomes donations of recent books, DVDs and CDs in good condition. These donations will be added to our collection or given
away.

Published since 1971, the AF magazine is bilingual in French and Chinese. It has covered the French and Hong Kong artistic scenes for more than 30 years.
